In the unlikely event that your boiler did breakdown and it’s been less than 12 months since it was installed, just give us a call and we will help get any issues resolved for you. After 12 months, you would need to contact the manufacturer directly, unless you have opted for one of our service plans in which case you can contact us directly.

We won’t need to, our prices are fixed and based on the questions you answer during the quoting process and the photographs we ask you to send us of the current installation. However, if you feel there is something of concern that could affect the installation of your new boiler just give us a call and we may carry out a live video survey.

Yes, in order to maintain your manufacturer’s warranty the boiler will need servicing every 12 months. Most gas safe registered engineers can do this for you, or you can spread the cost of the annual service by signing up to one of our service plans.

As long as you have answered the questions during the quoting process accurately there will be no extra charges. Our installations include as standard a new thermostat (combi boilers only), condense pipe alterations, a system filter and gas pipe upgrade (if required).

Every installation includes the removal and disposal of your old boiler.
